Nice bag, shame about the service

A nice, well made bag.
I accidentally put the wrong delivery address on my order, realised as soon as I got the confirmation, asked them to change it and the said they couldn't change addresses once the order is placed. Maybe they should ask one of all the other companies that manage to do so how they do it.

Stylish backpack suited more for off cycle

+ Really like the look and feel of this backpack
+ Fits within Ryanair carry on bag dimensions
- Pack sits high on back so not ideal for use when cycling as it obscures vision when looking over shoulder, and nudges helmet forward of riding low on drop bars
- Clasp fastener has fallen off a couple of times, had to sew onto strap to secure in a fixed position
