Description

Cut from Polartec Alpha™ fabric to provide lightweight insulation, the Altura Endurance Blast Polartec™ Men's Cycling Jacket skims the body with a windproof stretch front panel and extra coverage in the kidney area and arms to ensure excellent thermoregulation.

There is a shaped collar to help keep out the cold and the DWR coating will repel the rain / road spray when conditions get a little harder.

There are three rear stash pockets and a zipped pocket that is perfect for carrying essentials.

Good materials and warmth but

Good materials and warmth but several design flaws affect the rating. The chest should have windstopper technology, thus works best with a winter vest to protect from the chill wind. Not sure it is a best idea to have a back right side pocket that has a zip but can be accessed from the top; too prone to errors

Excellent Quality for the Price

Rode into work today at 6 degrees and the jacket blocked the wind and kept me warm throughout. I haven't has to deal with any light rain yet so cannot comment on it's repellency. Very pleased with my purchase.
I put true to size, but it's slightly nuanced. If you are at the top-end of the size chart boundary then go up a size. . . if you are in the middle or bottom of the size boundary then it is true to size.
